Rumpke Qualified Disabled Resident Rate

Our contract with Rumpke offers a reduced rate for Premium House-side Trash Service for our disabled residents.

Qualified Disabled Resident Rate Eligibility

To be eligible for Rumpke’s Qualified Disabled Resident Rate, participants must do the following:

• Provide a signed note from their physician explaining they are physically unable to take their trash to the curb.
• Sign an affidavit stating neither they nor anyone else in the household are physically unable to take their trash to the curb.

Qualified Disabled Resident Rate

Those who qualify for the Disabled Resident Rate will receive Premium House-side Service at the Standard Curbside Rate.  For example, a disabled resident previously paying the Standard Curb-side Rate of $16.18 per month, would continue to pay this rate but will receive the Premium House-side Service.

Senior residents enrolled in the Qualified Senior Service Resident Rate may also sign up for the Qualified Disabled Resident Rate and receive Premium House-side Service at the Qualified Senior Standard Curb-side Rate.  For example, a qualified senior resident who also enrolls in the Qualified Disabled Resident Rate previously paying the Qualified Senior Curb-side Rate of $8.10 per month, would continue to pay this rate but will receive the Premium House-side Service.
