Van Buren Shopping Center Redevelopment

The City of Kettering facilitated the redevelopment of the former Van Buren Shopping Center in 2006 in the northwest portion of the City. Today, “Kettering Pointe” is a 12.8 acre mixed use redevelopment that includes 35 residential lots and 20,000 square feet of retail space that includes a fitness center, two restaurants, a tanning center and a Laundromat.
