Fingerprinting Request

Step 1: Schedule Appointment

Digital fingerprinting is available by appointment only, Tuesday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

To make an appointment, call the Records Section at 937-296-2580.

Step 2: Bring Payment

Please bring cash or make business checks payable to City of Kettering.

Cost

  • Digital FBI fingerprinting is $35
  • Digital BCI fingerprinting is $30
  • Digital FBI fingerprinting and BCI fingerprinting is $65

Step 3: Prepare and Bring Completed Form

Please print and complete the background form below to your appointment.
