Kettering Good Neighbor Award
We know Kettering is full of people who go the extra mile to help their neighbors and make their community welcoming for all—usually without any recognition. The Good Neighbor Award celebrates these individuals who go above and beyond, doing good deeds and being especially kind or neighborly. Nominate YOUR Good Neighbor!
Nominees must be Kettering residents, either Adult or Youth (age 18 and younger). Nominees will receive certificates of appreciation from the Mayor, and one GREAT Good Neighbor will get a $50 gift card to a Kettering business!
Nominations will be due by August 31, 2025.
Good Neighbor Award Nomination
*Note, the City of Kettering also offers a Neighborhood Pride Award for exceptional property maintenance, and the Mayor's Award for Volunteer Service. The Good Neighbor Award celebrates neighborly interactions. The Good Neighbor Award is sponsored by the Kettering Board of Community Relations, which promotes a welcoming, inclusive community by fostering equal opportunities and respect for all persons.
