Golf Club Estates Improvements

Project Description

The City of Kettering along with Montgomery County Environmental Services (water mains) and CenterPoint Energy (gas mains) are planning improvements to the neighborhood in the coming years. The improvements will include replacing deficient curbs, sidewalks, drive approaches, gas mains and water mains, improving storm sewers and finishing with paving the streets. The improvements will be completed in phases during the next three to four years.

City of Kettering Storm Improvements, Phase 1

The City of Kettering is planning to start the first phase of construction on the storm improvements in 2024.  The improvements will include replacing the existing storm sewer pipe with a larger diameter pipe to increase the capacity during a larger storm event.  The improvements will also include repairing curbs, sidewalks and the roadway in the section the storm sewer is replaced.
