Asphalt Overlay 2024

Project Description

Each year the City of Kettering evaluates the conditions of all the city streets to create the annual street maintenance program.  After the streets are evaluated, they are then ranked according to the pavement condition and a list is created for the streets that may be paved this year.

Project Update

Barrett Paving Contractors, in collaboration with the City of Kettering, is set to start pavement resurfacing on Woodman Drive, stretching from East Dorothy Lane up to Danube Court starting on Monday, June 17th. Throughout the project, Woodman Drive will remain open to vehicles; however, traffic flow will be condensed to a single lane each way.
