Below is a list of permits. Please contact our Engineering Department should you have questions or need additional assistance.

Construction Right Of Way Permits

Work in the public right-of-way, including the roadway, tree lawn, curb, drive approach, and sidewalk.

Utility Permits

Utility Providers working in the right of way, including work on water and sanitary sewers, fiber optic installation, cable and telephone wire, small cell facilities and electric lines

Block Party Request

Residents or Businesses in the City of Kettering can request a street be temporarily closed for block party events. There is no cost for this permit.

Street Use Permit 

This permit is for footrace, parade and street use.  Please contact the Engineering Department to discuss the event and to get an application. Engineering Department 937-296-2436 or ketteringengineering@ketteringoh.org

Over Size Vehicle Permit
