Asphalt Overlay 2026

Project Description

Each year the City of Kettering evaluates the conditions of all the city street to create the annual street maintenance condition and a list is created for the street that may be paved this year.

Project Location

This year’s Asphalt Overlay Program includes milling the existing and placing new asphalt on several residential street along with replacing curb ramps to meet ADA compliance.
