Free Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Upgrade
Available for eligible low to moderate income homeowners with outdated systems. This program will respond to living conditions that are associated with more severe coronavirus disease or poorer post-COVID health outcomes by providing forgivable loans for rehabilitating homeowner housing to comport with public advice and standard building codes.
Forgivable loan up to $9,000. The loan will be forgiven at 100% after 5 years. No repayments!
