The City’s workforce consists of about 400 full-time employees, 90 part-time employees, and between 225 and 625 temporary and seasonal employees, dependent on the time of year. The employees of the City of Kettering contribute to the quality of life enjoyed by our City’s 57,000 residents by providing a wide range of public services.
