The City’s workforce consists of about 400 regular full-time employees, 100 regular part-time employees, 30 part-time firefighters and more than 500 seasonal employees. The employees of the City of Kettering contribute to the quality of life enjoyed by our City’s 57,000 residents by providing a wide range of public services.
