    Click box to autofill, click calendar icon and choose date or type date ( 01/03/13 not 1/3/2013 or 1/3/13).

    The date automatically advances one day. Use the arrows to shift "<" one day back or ">" one day forward.


    3. Click the "Add" button.            Total Active Points:

    Repeat steps 1 - 3 until complete (upto 60 entries)
