Waving Willow Drive – Storm Sewer Improvements & Montgomery County Water Main Replacement

Status Update:

August 15, 2019: The storm sewer work has been completed on the project. The contractor is anticipating completion of the project by the end of August. The City’s contractor will the pave Waving Willow in the fall.

August 1, 2019: The contractor is installing the underground storm sewer in the middle of Waving Willow Drive. Work will continue on the storm system for the next several weeks.

July 10, 2019: The contractor has completed most of the water main replacement on the project. Once the water work is completed, they will begin installing the new storm sewer down the middle of the roadway.

May 31, 2019: The contractor has started replacement on the water main.

May 14, 2019: The contractor is planning to mobilize equipment the week of April 22 and start construction on the water main replacement the third week of May.

April 1, 2019: Work is anticipated to start in May or June.

March 12, 2019: Construction on the project is anticipated to start in May once Vectren has completed the gas main replacement project.
