Resurfacing project that will give Research Boulevard and Far Hills a new look and smoother ride.

Project Update

The second of two phases of paving is underway on Research Boulevard (and abutting streets). Once complete, the contractor will move to complete the second phase on Far Hills Avenue. Following Paving, manholes will be adjusted, raised pavement markers installed, and permanent markings applied. Work at both locations is expected to be complete by mid-October.

Project Impacts

Two-way traffic will be maintained throughout both projects, with occasional single lane closures during milling and paving operations. Very brief intersection closures will be kept to a minimum. You may want to consider taking an alternate route to during construction to avoid delays.

Project Locations

Research Boulevard (State Route 835) from Woodman Drive to County Line Road.
Far Hills Avenue (State Route 48) from David Road to Enid Avenue.
