No, you cannot put regular recycling in the orange Hefty ReNew bags. This program does not replace regular recycling, but instead complements your existing curbside or drop-off program. Regular recycling and these orange bags can be placed in the same Rumpke cart or dropped off at the same Centralized Recycling Drop-off location, but the contents of the orange bags should only be hard-to-recycle plastics that are listed as accepted items by the Hefty ReNew Program.
