NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that a public heairng will be held by the Kettering City Council in Council Chambers at the City of Kettering Government Center, South Building, 3600 Shroyer Road, Kettering, Ohio on Tuesday, December 2, 2025 at 7:30 p.m. regarding case # PC 25-015 a request to amend Section 1137.06.18 of the City of Kettering Zoning Code pertaining to surface parking lots.

The Planning Commission held a Public Hearing regarding P.C. 25-015 on November 17, 2025, and hereby submits its recommendation to City Council that the requested zoning code text amendment be approved.

Interested persons are invited to attend and voice their opinion with respect to the proposed modification.
