0058 hours — Officers responded to the Kettering Hospital on a warrant service. Upon arrival, Claude D. Fullen (B/M/69) was placed under arrest for a warrant out of Kettering for FTA-Theft. Fullen also had warrants out of Fairborn P.D. 25-046529
1605 hours — Officers were dispatched to 2115 E Dorothy Lane (Kroger) reference a suspicious person inside the store. Upon arrival and after investigation, Brittney M Kelly (W/F/35) was arrested for Theft and Obstructing Official Business after running from officers. Kelly was transported to the Kettering Jail without further incident. 25-046642
1618 hours — Crews were dispatched to a residence on Artesia Dr reference a Family Problem. Upon arrival and during the course of the investigation, Etienne G Mandela (B/M/35) was arrested for Domestic Violence and transported to the Kettering Jail. 25-046645
2206 hours — Officers initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle in the area of W. Stroop Rd. and Brookdale Dr. During a probable cause search of the vehicle, a loaded handgun was located in the trunk of the vehicle. Mikeyla T.M. Thomas (B/F/18), was arrested for improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle. 25-046684

0132 hours — Officers initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle in the area of E. Dorothy Ln. and Aerial Ave. During a probable cause search after an alert by K9 Bolt, suspected crack cocaine was located. Richard R.I. Spurlock (W/M/36), was arrested for drug possession and taken to Kettering Jail. 25-046700
0311 hours — Officers served a warrant by fax to the Montgomery County Jail on Derrick D. Finley (B/M/44) for theft and passing bad checks. 25-036545
1608 hours — Officers made contact with a male standing in the middle of the roadway on S. Dixie Dr. at W. Dorothy Ln. The male, Michael P. Whittington (W/M/50), was arrested on a confirmed warrant out of Montgomery County and found to have illegal felony narcotics on his person. 25-046812

1208 hours — Officers observed a male walk in to Popeyes, 4025 Wilmington, who he knew to have a warrant. Jason M. Frick (W/M/44) was arrested on a KMC warrant for FTA-Public Indecency. 25-047094
1345 hours — Officers responded to the 800 block of Kenosha on an intoxicated subject in the street. Jamale K. Henderson (B/M/37) was arrested for Disorderly Conduct- Public Intoxication after he was found to be too intoxicated to care for himself. 25-047115
1512 hours — Officers responded to Wilmington/Glenheath on an intoxicated subject. Joseph N. Stapleton (W/M/39) was arrested for Disorderly Conduct- Public Intoxication after he was found to be too intoxicated to care for himself. 25-047126
1925 hours — Crews responded to a residence on Culver on a disturbance. Hunter R. Huber (W/M/19) was charged with Domestic Violence and Resisting Arrest. 25-047146

1130 hours — Crews were dispatched to 4075 Wilmington Pike (Meijer) reference a theft in progress. Natasha M Dixon (B/F/45) was arrested for Theft and Drug Paraphernalia. 25-047211
1812 hours — Crews were dispatched to a residence on Moler Ave reference a family problem. The suspect Michael L Evans (W/M/34) had already left the scene and was located by Warren County Sheriff’s Office. Officers responded, took custody of Evans, and transported him to the Kettering Jail for Domestic Violence and Probation Violation. 25-047282

0255 hours — Officers responded to a report of a female passed out behind the wheel of her vehicle at E. Dorothy Ln. and Far Hills Ave. During contact with the female, Kelley J. Werthmann (W/F/39), she was found to be intoxicated and arrested for OVI. She later refused a breath test. 25-047326
1555 hours — Officers went to a residence on Norton for family trouble. Jeremiah B. Lyons (WM/39) had already fled on foot. He eventually returned and was arrested for felony Domestic Violence due to a prior conviction. 25-047378
2100 hours — Officers stopped a vehicle at Woodman and Dorothy. The driver Scott Finfrock (W/M/49) was found in possession of felony drugs and was subsequently arrested for drug possession. 25-047407
November 2, 2025
1216 hours — Officers responded to Speedway, 2920 Shroyer, on a male subject who had passed counterfeit money and left on foot. Donald E. Williams (B/M/31) was located at E. Dorothy/Gaylord and was arrested for Counterfeiting (F) and Criminal Trespass. 25-047483
1800 hours — Officers were dispatched to a residence on Sunray for a family problem. Investigation resulted in the arrest of Robert Beeman (W/M/48) for Felony Domestic Violence. 25-047511
2000 hours — Officers were dispatched to a residence on E Stroop Rd on a family problem. Investigation resulted in the arrest of Rashad Bentley (B/M/34) for Aggravated Burglary, felony Strangulation, Theft of a Motor Vehicle and OVI, resulting from a crash. 25-047522, 25-047523
