Calling all Kettering Area Students!
You are invited to compete in the 2025 Hispanic Heritage Art and Poster Contest.
Celebrate National Hispanic Heritage Month through the arts! Cash prizes will be awarded through the Kettering Board of Community Relations (BCR) and submissions will be exhibited. Hispanic Heritage Month became officially recognized in 1988 in the United States. BCR is excited to provide an opportunity for Kettering area students to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month by learning about and honoring famous Hispanic and Latinx Americans.
How to Participate
Open to all students in K - 12th grade who live or attend school in Kettering. View the project details and create your artwork:

Submit Your Project
Submission deadline is October 10, 2025. All artwork must be labeled. Bring your completed project to your classroom OR:

TEACHERS: Email KBCR@ketteringoh.org if you receive any entries and a BCR member will pick up the items directly from your school.

Prizes and Recognition
- $50 Prize to each Contest Winner: One per grade.
- Pizza Party Drawing: Classes with 50%+ participation will be entered into a drawing for a pizza party. The winning teacher will receive $100 for classroom supplies! (More than one winner possible)
- School Prize: The school with the highest participation will receive up to $100 for their PTO to support an event.
