Montgomery County Environmental Services – Water Main Replacements

Brydon Road, Shroyer Road to Far Hills Avenue: Construction work to replace the water main on Brydon Road began in early April, with a completion date of September 2021. Brydon Road will be included in the City’s 2022 Curb, Sidewalk and Drive Approach program.
Maplecrest Sanitary Replacement: Crews have completed all of the mainline installation and 95% of the service laterals. The mainline sewer and laterals are in service. Final restoration is expected once the weather allows. The project is estimated to be completed in the Spring 2021. The City plans to repave Maplecrest Drive in 2021.
