Water Main Replacements

Montgomery County Environmental Services  (MCES) will be working in the City of Kettering replacing old water mains throughout Kettering. If you have any questions or concerns, please call Ed Schlaack at Montgomery County at 937- 781-2632.

Regent Water Main Replacement

Regent St., Blevoir Ave., Fairway Dr., Atherton Ave., Brookview Ave., Mirmar St., Ridgeview Ave., Laurelwood Rd.

Dell Ridge Water Main Replacement- Begins July 3, 2023

Brookdale Dr., Schrubb Dr., Dell Ridge Dr. Montgomery County Environmental Services (MCES) has contracted with Kinnison Construction to replace the water main in the Dell Ridge area. Residents will have access to their property along with deliveries, trash, etc. throughout the project. All questions and comments regarding the project should be directed to Ed Schlaack with MCES at 937-781-2632.

Dellwood Estates Water Main Replacement- Begins June 1, 2023

Siverwood Dr., Caryle Cir., Stanton Hall Ct., Old Church Ct.

Montgomery County Environmental Services (MCES) has contracted with Double Jay Construction to replace the water main in the Dellwood Estates area. They anticipate starting in early May.  Residents will have access to their property along with deliveries, trash, etc. throughout the project. All questions and comments regarding the project should be directed to Ed Schlaack with MCES at 937-781-2632.

Locust Camp Area Water Main Replacement

Cottonwood Dr., Locust Camp Rd., Pondway St., Winding Way, Blossom Heath Rd.

Montgomery County Environmental Services (MCES) will be replacing water mains in the Locust Camp area and Greenhouse. Residents will have access to their property along with deliveries, trash, etc. throughout the project.
Construction to start on Greenhouse Sept. 18th, residents have been notified by MCES
Construction to start in the Locust Camp area in mid to late October Surveyors will be in the Greenhouse area week of Sept. 11th to layout the water main
Parts of both Greenhouse and Locust Camp area will get a microsurface asphalt after the water work is done
Work is expected to go through the winter months

Water Main Replacement on East Dorothy Lane

Montgomery County replaced a water main on East Dorothy Lane between Far Hills Avenue and Shroyer Road. This project is complete.
