RESOLUTIONS

1. Authorizing the City Manager to contract with the Center for Internet Security for cybersecurity software and services.

2. Authorizing the City Manager to accept and expend a grant award from the CyberOhio State and Local Cybersecurity Grant Program.

3. Authorizing the City Manager to purchase computers and servers from Dell for the annual PC and Server Replacement Program.

4. Authorizing the City Manager to advertise for bids and to contract for the Display Lane Improvements – City Project No. 02-293 and Parklawn Drive Improvements – City Project No. 02-228A.

5. Authorizing the City Manager to advertise for bids and to contract for the Kettering Traffic Signal Replacements – Phase 4, City Project No. 02-005E (ODOT Project MOT–Kettering Signals – Phase 4, PID 115201).

6. Authorizing the City Manager to advertise for bids and to contract for the MOT- Marshall Road Improvement Project (City Project Number 02-120i, ODOT PID 116891).

7. Authorizing the City Manager to advertise for bids and to contract for the Whipp Road Improvements – Bigger Road to Oak Valley Road (City Project No. 02-128G).

8. To accept the resignation of District 4 Council Member Bryan N. Suddith and to declare his council seat vacant.

9. Authorizing the City Manager, on behalf of the City, to make a $5,000.00 contribution to the 2026 NCAA First Four Hoopla Ticket Program.

10. Authorizing the City Manager, on behalf of the City, to make a $20,000.00 contribution to The Big Hoopla and the Dayton Development Coalition’s Hometown Heroes Program to sponsor Military Appreciation Night at Fraze Pavilion.

11. Appointing Bryan N. Suddith and reappointing Shane Sullivan and Bob Scott as Trustees of the Kettering Development Corporation.

12. Authorizing the City Manager to contract with Maximum Potential, Inc. for process improvement consulting services.

13. Authorizing the City Manager to contract with Accelerated Impact Consulting, LLC for specialized community development services.

14. Authorizing the City Manager to accept and expend a Community Housing Improvement Program Grant from the Ohio Development Services Agency.

15. Authorizing payment of 2026 membership dues to Miami Valley Regional Planning Commission.

16. Authorizing the City Manager to use competitive bargaining and negotiated quotes to contract for the purchase of fire uniforms and station wear for the Fire Department.

17. Authorizing the City Manager to purchase equipment through sealed bids, negotiated quotes, or a cooperative purchasing program.

18. To make supplemental appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures of the City of Kettering, State of Ohio, during the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026.

ORDINANCES IN FIRST READING

19. To amend the text of various sections of the City of Kettering Zoning Code.
