CALLING ALL KETTERING AREA STUDENTS!

You are invited to compete in the 2024 Hispanic Heritage Art Contest.

Hispanic Heritage Month is from September 15 through October 15.
Celebrate National Hispanic Heritage Month through the arts! Cash prizes will be awarded through the City of Kettering Board of Community Relations (BCR), and submissions will be exhibited at Rosewood Arts Center in October 2024.

Hispanic Heritage Month became officially recognized in 1988 in the United States. BCR is excited to provide an opportunity for Kettering area students to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month by learning about and honoring Hispanic and Latinx Artists.

Grades K - 5

Students in grades K - 5 are eligible!  Prizes will be awarded in the following groups:
Grades Kindergarten, 1 and 2
Grades 3, 4 and 5

The first place winner will receive $50, second place will receive $30 and third place will receive $25.

Students in grades 6 - 12 are eligible! Prizes will be awarded in the following groups:
Grades 6, 7 and 8
Grades 9 and 10
Grades 11 and 12

The first place winner will receive $75, second place will receive $50 and third place will receive $25.
