The public hearing scheduled to take place at the October 23, 2018 City Council meeting for the requested rezoning of parcels at 104 Carrlands Avenue and 15 Southmoor Circle NE which would allow for the construction of Raising Cane’s location is canceled. The applicant has withdrawn their request.
RCO Limited informed the city that they are still very interested in a Raising Cane’s location in Kettering and our Economic Development team will work closely with them to identify potential suitable sites in their desired target area.
