Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals in City Council Chambers at the Kettering Government Center located at 3600 Shroyer Road, at a regularly-scheduled meeting on Monday, December 22, 2025 at 7 PM. The appellant, Jeffrey R. Corcoran, is appealing the Zoning Administrator’s decision to approve a permit (permit #Z25-04553) that authorizes storm water management modifications on the property at 5009 Rolling Woods Trail, Kettering, OH 45429 due to concerns associated with the adequacy of the proposed improvements.

Interested persons may appear and voice their opinion with respect to the subject appeal.
