| The Neighborhood Pride Awards recognize people and businesses who have made significant improvements to the appearance of their homes or who have immaculately maintained their homes year after year.
Winners are presented certificates by the Mayor at a City Council Meeting and have an attractive sign placed in their yard for two weeks to let everyone know about their special honor.
