Residents will earn 1 point for every dollar spent. Accumulate 100 points and get $10 off. Save up 500 points and get $50 off. If you have registered with us in the past, you’re ready to begin earning points. Every time you register for a class, you are one step closer to your reward.

Your points balance will print out on every receipt or you can stop by any registration desk. Customers will begin earning points January 1, 2009. Points do not expire. This program is available to residents of Kettering (those who live or work in Kettering).

How will I earn points?

Earn points by doing the things you love to do most! When you register for classes, our software will track your point total.  The receipt will show the points earned on this transaction as well as your running balance.

What can I use my points for?

Points may be redeemed for class registration fees, pass membership fees, drop-in admission fees, facility reservations or even gift cards! Points may not be redeemed for Fraze performance tickets or material fees paid directly to the instructor.

Can I use my points when registering online?

No, points can only be used when registering in person or over the phone. You will still earn points for transactions completed online.

How many points will I earn for each dollar I spend?

Customers will earn 1 point for each dollar they spend.

How many point do I need to redeem for a discount?

Once you earn 100 points, you can redeem those for $10 off your next registration.  Points can also be saved and redeemed for a larger discount.

How do I redeem my points?

Simply tell the registrations staff you would like to redeem your points. They will look up your balance and apply the discount to your registration.

How do I find out my point balance?

Your point balance will print at the bottom of every receipt. You may also call or stop by any of our facilities and ask the registrations staff to look up your point balance.
