The City of Kettering Parks, Recreation and Cultural Arts Department is pleased to introduce WebTrac Online registration. This system will enable you to register online for programs and activities offered by our department. You must use either Internet Explorer or Firefox to access the online registration page. If you have not registered with us in the past, please call us at (937) 296-2587 or visit one of our facilities (Kettering Recreation Complex, CIL Senior Center, Rosewood Arts Centre) to be assigned a user ID and password. Please bring proper verification of residency to receive resident rates. You must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid credit card to process registration online. If you do not have a credit card, a household credit can be established through payment at one of our facilities prior to registration.
To view program activities offered by the department, you may login as a guest. However, to enroll in programs, you must have an account created.
To print receipts from the WebTrac system,
you need to have Adobe Reader installed on your computer.
