| Polen Farm is one of the area’s premier wedding facilities for both indoor and outdoor receptions and ceremonies. Polen Farm boasts a beautiful 19th century farmhouse, barn and gazebo situated on 15 picturesque acres on Bigger Road. Our facility has several features setting us apart from other area facilities. Polen Farm is one of the only places where you can have an outdoor ceremony with the security of shelter in the case of poor weather. We are one of very few facilities able to accommodate both your ceremony and reception on the same property. Finally, to ensure your special day is everything you hoped it would be, we provide felxibility in catering. You can select from our preferred caterers, or you can pay a small surchage to enable you to bring in the caterer of your choice. When you combine these features with the beauty and elegance of a historic home and grounds, there is simply not a more perfect venue for your wedding. |

| The grounds around the farmhouse and barn have been preserved to a large extent in their natural condition with large oak trees and beautiful flowerbeds. The property is so popular that it is typically booked every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from May through October. |

| Interior Facilities |
| HOUSE |
| The House includes a roomy Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Sun Porch, Banquet Room and Bridal Room. These features make the house the perfect place for a small intimate gathering or a slightly larger event, up to 130 people. |

| The living room has a large picture window serving as the perfect backdrop for a small winter wedding of up to 50 people. |

| The newly refurbished Sun Porch and awning area provides an event entrance, safe from inclement weather that provides an excellent location for a guest book signing and gift table. |

| The Banquet Room is located on the lower level on the backside of the house and exits directly onto the patio. This space can accommodate up to 36 seated guests or can be used as a dance floor, food service area or an alternate indoor venue for your ceremony. |

| A large seasonal tent covers the patio area outside of the banquet room, which provides an additional covered space that can accommodate up to 80 seated guests, provides flexibility and the perfect tie-in between the exterior and interior facilities. |

| BARN |
| For larger groups Polen boasts a beautifully renovated barn. The lower level, which features a small service kitchen, will accommodate 125 people. The upper level has a unique atmosphere with high ceilings, exposed beams and wood floor and is roomy enough for 160 people. |

| Polen Farm provides a great home-like atmosphere without the stress of hosting the event at your own home. There is more than adequate parking and 15 acres on which to play games and enjoy the great landscaping. Choose from our preferred caterers, have a carry in, or you can pay a small surchage to enable you to bring in the caterer of your choice. |

The house includes a roomy living room, dining room, sun porch, banquet room and a large patio that is covered with a seasonal tent. |

The banquet room is the largest room in the house and can accommodate groups with as many as 50 people comfortably. Three sets of French doors lead from the banquet room to a large patio that is covered by a tent during the warmer months.

The tent provides shelter for an additional 80 people and gives you the flexibility of an indoor or outdoor setting. If the weather is nice, the tent is left open providing you shelter from the sun, but you still get to see the grounds and feel the breeze. If the weather is less than ideal, we can put the sidewalls on shelter your guests from the rain and wind. Heaters can be rented to make guests more comfortable if cooler temperatures ensue. |

| Unequaled in the community is the Polen Farm Barn. Through renovation, the barn has become an ideal setting for your family reunion, graduation party or other event requiring a little more space. |

The lower level has great lighting, two restrooms a service kitchen and will accommodate 125 people. This is the ideal spot for your graduation open house. |

With space for up to 175 people, the upper level of the Barn has a Norman Rockwell (country barn) feel with high ceilings and exposed beams. Two large doors open wide to an old livestock ramp leading to the grounds were there are enough picnic tables to seat 200. On a beautiful day, these picnic tables make the perfect spot for your group to enjoy the grounds (groups over 300 may want to reserve the entire Polen Farm facility).

| Table and chair set up is included with all rentals. Additional services can be added (additional fee) including catering, audio-visual rentals, and activities. Although Polen Farm does not have onsite catering, we do offer a comprehensive catering service. In addition, we can meet all of your Audio Visual needs including TV’s, a public address system and LCD projectors. We can also provide you with activities for your event. One of the great aspects of our facility is that you are not obligated to use any of our additional services. |
