Effective June 1, 2007 there will be a 1% state fee added to the cost of Kettering and Oakwood residential structure, electric, plumbing and heating permits. This fee does not apply to zoning permits. |

Residential Permit Application used for: |

Accessory structures – sheds over 200 sf, detached garages, pools, etc. |

Structures – new homes, additions, attached garages, interior alterations, demolition, etc. |

Commercial Permit Application - Part A used for: |

There is a plan review fee required for structural permits and is paid when you submit the application and drawings. For residential projects the plan review fee is $75.00, for commercial projects $200.00.
