Each year more residents are opting to receive a reminder postcard in lieu of the Income Tax Return package. Many residents visit the City of Kettering website to obtain tax forms and complete their returns. By making these progressive choices, taxpayers are helping the Tax Division save paper, printing and postage costs. In 2012, the City of Kettering Tax Division is taking another step forward by expanding the online filing system to allow more taxpayers to Efile their individual income tax returns and to pay tax balances online via electronic check.
Individuals May Use The Online Tax Tool To...
- Guide you in the preparation of your 2011 Kettering tax return (when your taxable income is from wages only) and the preparation of your 2012 estimated tax payment vouchers. Upon completion, you may print your return, attach all W-2 Forms and mail to the City of Kettering.
- E-File your 2011 City of Kettering Return if your only income is from wages. Note: Returns requesting a refund of overpaid tax cannot be filed electronically.
- New! Pay your 2011 tax balance due and 2012 quarterly estimated tax payments via electronic check.
- Allow individuals and tax accountants to verify estimated tax payments to date and/or prior year credits online.
