The Facilities Department
is responsible for the construction, maintenance, repair, improvements and custodial care of all City owned buildings and shelters. Services also include preventative maintenance, energy conservation, retrofits, seasonal changeover, and general manpower services.
In addition, responsibilities for selling surplus items, equipment, machinery,
and confiscated items are upheld by the Facilities Department.
The City of Kettering utilizes GovDeals on-line auction to sell these items.
