The City manages the use of rights of way based on Chapter 901 of the Codified Ordinances. |

Companies having a system within the rights of way are required to obtain and keep up-to-date a Certificate of Registration and fee and a Minor Maintenance Permit and fee with the City's Engineer. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Companies constructing within the right of way are required to submit a Construction Permit Application and fee in order to obtain a Construction Permit. |
