The Kettering Business Park, formerly Gentile Air Force Station, was created in 1996 to offset the loss of more than 2500 jobs at the Base. Today, the Business Park employs 1,825 people through the National Composite Center, GE Consumer Finance, the Defense Finance and Accounting Service, the Kettering Municipal Court, and Kettering Fire Department headquarters.
