The City’s workforce consists of about 400 regular full-time employees, 125 regular part-time employees, over 400 seasonal employees and more than 100 volunteer firefighters. The employees of the City of Kettering contribute to the quality of life enjoyed by our City’s 59,500 residents by providing a wide range of public services.
